Like many families, mine has been touched by dementia. My grandfather, Tom, will be 95 years old on 21 September 2017. He is currently living in a specialist dementia home. This a disease that robs people of everything including their memories and their relationships. The work of the Alzheimer's Society is vital to providing help and support to those touched by dementia and striving for a cure.
