Story

Missy remains one of my closest school friends and I was shocked and saddened when I heard of her diagnosis of MS 5 years ago aged 31years old. This was after her 2nd relapse. Her first was 2 years previous when she lost the sight in her eye; her 2nd was "altered sensation from the waist down". Missy admits to spending 3 or 4 years with "my head in the sand" and after relapse 3 which left her struggling to walk she contacted Wessex MS Therapy Centre in Warminster. She says that "she has never looked back"! The centre is a fantastic place for support and a great place to have a good laugh. Missy has been going for over a year now for regular oxygen therapy sessions as well as the occassional massage, physiotherapy and counselling. She loves the place and says she" would be lost if they were to ever shut down". They provide a fantastic service - all of this is done purely on donations.

Om behalf of Missy and myself thank you to everyone who reads this and donates, thank you from the bottom of our hearts x
