On the 24 July 2012 I’m taking part in the ‘most gruelling and most challenging endurance event known to man’!!

In memory of my late cousin Richard Scowcroft, I’ll be testing my body an mind and going where only 9 people in the world have ever been before.

I’ll be running 87 miles from the Marble Arch in London to Dover, swimming 24 miles across the English Channel, and finally cycling 181 miles from Calais to Paris, finishing under the Arc du Triomphe...all in 5 DAYS!
