Well, I only went and did it! I had an amazing time doing my sky dive, I'd highly recommend it to anyone, it was one of the most incredible things I've ever done. I'm so pleased by how much I've raised for charity, thank you so much to everyone who has donated and here is a reminder why....
I've chosen to support WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Cruelty Against Animals) who:
* Campaign to stop the dog meat trade - every year 16 million dogs are killed for human consumption, the dogs are often tortured before death due to a misguided notion that the meat will taste better.
* Campaign to put an end to bullfighting, a harsh "sport" where the men are encouraged to inflict pain on animals using barbed spikes, spears, swords and daggers.
* Campaign to stop cruelty to bears, whether they are being used in bear farms (where they are kept in inhumane conditions and subjected to repeated painful procedures to extract their bile) or bear baiting (where a tethered clawless bear is set upon savagely by trained dogs for sport).
