In November this year, 35 colleagues from Lloyds Banking Group, including myself, will be taking on the tough challenge of cycling 500km across Costa Rica to raise vital funds for the Live Well campaign.

With your support Alzheimer's Society and Alzheimer Scotland will be able to launch the first UK wide dementia carers programme, giving 9,000 carers the information and skills they need to support their loved one to live well with dementia.

By raising £140,000 together, we will be able to fund two new information and support programs every month for one year. 1,100 family carers will have the tools they need to make sure their loved one lives well.
