Pmp survivor was established by a patient who wanted to offer a valuable support network for fellow patients of this extremely rare Cancer. Unfortunately my sister in law was one in a million to suffer this horrible disease. Thankfully her surgeon had seen this once before so he knew what he was dealing with, however not all surgeons know about this, so raising awareness and funds for research and development is very important. 

Thankfully Catherine has made an amazing recovery. Many of you know I love to run. When Catherine was in surgery for about 11 hours, I decided I wanted to run through the darkness and push myself that bit further to raise money for the charity of her choice. I have been training for this epic 100 mile run for the last year, completing many multi day ultras up to 90 miles and a 50 mile night run in preparation. Training is going well and I have a few events coming up in the next few weeks, but running for 24 hours non stop is a massive challenge for me, I am more worried about staying awake than the running! Your support will really help motivate and push me to my limits to complete this challenge.
