This year I am competing in hopefully the largest team triathlon event to raise money for Cancer research in aid of a young lady called Helen Pote who sadly passed during 2014 due to Cancer.

As some of you know I will also be running the Great North Run 2 weeks before and Birmingham Half Marathon 2 weeks after.

I really would be grateful of any sponsorship how ever small please help to find a cure for this horrible disease.
