Nordoff and Robbins is the UK’s largest music therapy charity, with a unique approach shaped by more than 60 years of practice. Through the power of music, it breaks through the barriers caused by life-limiting illness, disability and social isolation. The charity does this through providing music therapy to people across the UK, whilst also training the music therapists of the future and funding research to measure and improve the impact of its work.

Story

I am on the music team at Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity which is very dear to my heart, and this summer I will be joining the Heavy Metal Truants to help raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust, Nordoff Robbins and Childline.

I will be cycling 250 miles from Walthamstow, London to Groezrock Festival in Belgium and back again and then cycling 164 miles with the Heavy Metal Truants from Alexandra Palace in North London to Download Festival.

I need your support to help me raise vital funds for these important causes.

Thanks!
