Hello:  many thanks to those who've sponsored me since the big day of 26 September.  I've finally found one other photo not taken by long-suffering Mrs Middle Aged. 

To remind you:  my number 208 and I ran the c4 miles in 54 mins 20 sec.  My co-runner, psychotherapist extraordinaire to troubled adolescents and children, Neil Austin, number 483, came in just after me.  It was as hot and sweaty in those furry suits as we had feared!
