Story
Hello,
I am running the British 10k on July 12th through central London in aid of CALM. Male suicide is the biggest killer of men my age, and it has affected some of those very close to me. I'm hoping my back holds out to allow me to cross the finish line, and your support will spur me on and may just save a son, husband, father, brother or friend's life.
THE CAMPAIGN AGAINST LIVING MISERABLY, or CALM, is a registered charity, which exists to prevent male suicide in the UK. In 2013, male suicide accounts for 78% of all suicides and is the single biggest cause of death in men aged 20 – 45 in the UK.
