                                                                   I did say after last year that I probably would not do this again, but losing more people I care about to this horrible disease left me feeling I needed to do it again, so when a group of work colleagues said we could enter a team it was a no brainer. So I've been out doing my training getting myself in shape, the hardest bit, cutting down on the beer, but these are the small sacrifice's . We do need to beat Cancer, for everyone's sake and good progress is being made, but money is needed to fight the next battle in this war so if you feel like donating to help the cause please do so, and if you do please make sure you tick the Gift Aid box as well.
