Since running the London Marathon 3 years ago, I haven't done anything energetic other than run to the chocolate shop!!. Now I have lost 25lbs in weight and trained quite hard for this event - cycling and running. Hearing Dogs is a wonderful charity helping those who are hard of hearing. I saw one of their displays at the Game Fair and was amazed by the ability of the dogs. But training them is expensive and I would like to raise as much as I can.
PLEASE HELP.
