When CRASH asked me to participate in the 2010 London Marathon, I jumped at the chance. Not only am I an avid sportsman but CRASH is a charity I truly believe in.

As the construction industry’s charity, CRASH helps hundreds of homeless people throughout the by refurbishing day-centres, hostels and training-centres. Their work is an integral part of giving homeless people the opportunity to integrate back into society.  

Please donate as much as you can to help support the work CRASH do and keep me motivated while I train for this 26 mile challenge!  100% of your donation will go towards CRASH’s homelessness projects and not a penny will be spent on overheads.
