Thanks for visitng my web-page.

As you will probably be aware I'm a Type 1 diabetic. Like most diabetics I have been supported a huge amount by Diabetes UK (since the age of 3) and this is my chance to put something back into the system so that others too can receive the support - both medical and emotional - that is invaluable.

The BUPA Great South Run is a fantastic way for me to do this as the stamina and excerise needed to complete this  are things that poorly controlled diabetics can't even consider. So my second aim is to be a role model for other diabetics to show that things like this are achievable.
