Ok, so most of you are going to say that 90 miles isn't very challenging for Lavinia and myself, and that's probably true.  But we're going to ride hard and ride fast, and see how quickly we can do it.  They say cycling doesn't get easier as you get fitter, you just go faster.  So help me raise some money for the Prince's trust and I'll ride as hard as I'm able.
