Well obviously we didn't learn our lesson last year because here we go again!

The usual gang plus one new guy (Mark Thomas, Chris Hancock, Paul Schanzer and me) are going bigger and better. We are going to cycle around Wales and visit every main hospital site on our travels. It's a round journey of almost 500 miles so if anyone has bucket loads of haemorrhoid cream and Sudocream please be waiting for us at the end.

No seriously folks we have all picked very worthy charities so I ask you all to be generous with your donation. I'm cycling for Lifeblood, the Thrombosis charity (please visit their website at www.thrombosis-charity.org.uk/)
