Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Having survived the near death experience of competing in the Liverpool Triathalon 2010 I thought it was time to ask you to dig into your pockets again. This time I am joining with 12 colleagues at Cargill in a cycling adventure from Lands End to John O'Groats in aid of Henshaws Society for the Blind. We are undertaking the venture from June 10th to 12th. I believe the route is about 900 miles of which we are planning to complete 120 miles each in relays. There is a plan but you need to be a mathematical genius to work it out. Not sure why we are going south to north but it is not uphill I am assured (would they lie to me) - something to do with the wind. Based on conversations about likely speeds we hope to obtain I think my hybrid tyres may need replacing by slicks and that I'd better take my stabilisers off.

Anything you can give will help those less well able. Have you tried walking down a set of stairs or walking along a main road whilst blindfold. Well I have and I know how vunerable it makes you feel.
