Just to let you know that I walked on fire last night at the Railway Land Wildlife Trust in aid of the trust and a local charity Children with Cancer. It was a little daunting, but was successfully achieved leading my team Strolling Bones from the Rotary Club of Seaford. The trickiest moment was applying a steel reinforcing rod to the base of my throat, then walking towards a colleague Tracy who had done the same. We survived, and the rod bent. I still don’t really believe it.

So please dig deep and donate now.
