With only 3 weeks to prepare I have agreed to take part in the Palace to Palace charity bike ride on the 7th October. I will be riding with team xtravirt to raise money on behalf of the "Prince's Trust"

Bit of a challenge for someone who hasn’t ridden a bike in 2 years!

The Prince's Trust help disadvantaged young people in the UK to change
their lives and get into work, education or training. This year, The Trust aims to
support 58,000 vulnerable young people, helping to give them the skills and confidence to find a job.
