UPDATE 12/09/2009

Yesterday I successfully completed the Royal Parks half marathon in a time of 1:55:05. I am very pleased with the time though as they often say about sporting events, it was a game of 2 halves .... The first half of the race flew by, the second half was a tad more tedious,and testing !

Thanks to all of you for the fantastic support you have given to me and especially, for the contribution you have made to Unicef. It is really really appreciated.
