Story
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="color: #1f497d;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: small;">In my 51 years I have never taken any notice of what and how much I eat and drink, as my shape testifies! Therefore I have decided the “Wok”, as a friend has christened the extrusion, has to go and in the process I hope to raise money for CRASH. The starting weight is 15st 6lbs as at 1</span><span style="font-size: small;"> Feb 2012 and I have set the target as 13st 5lbs by 1</span><span style="font-size: small;"> May 2012. </span></span></span><span style="color: #1f497d;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Anything you give will be appreciated and you can follow my progress on twitter @VoyceMike</span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Target achieved with 4 days to go! I can honestly say that without your support and pledges for CRASH my focus would have wavered long ago. I have had a few bumps along the way Stag do’s Anniversary’s, Birthday’s etc however each time I managed to get back on track as the fear of failure and letting CRASH down was a key driver.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"> </span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">As some of you have promised to sponsor me by the lb I will keep going until Monday to eke out a few extra quid for CRASH and hopefully get over the £600 mark. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"> T</span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">hanks again to everyone for your help and it only remains for me to get photographic evidence in the Lycra shorts, which whilst a horrifying thought for you all, is far better than the Mankini suggestion!</span></span></p>
