Story
The guys at my local box OL1and I have pledged to do a Burpee for every pound donated to our pages in order to raise awareness (and money) for breast cancer research.
The burpee is the "Monday back in work after holiday" of exercises.
Collectively we want to raise over 5000 pounds so I have set a target of 500 Burpees!! So dig deep, every penny counts!
