Those of you who know me will know that I havent exactly lived the healthiest of lives for the last 20 years and that coupled with that, Dad has just been through the nightmare of bowel cancer! The good news is that I stopped the smokes over a year ago and more importantly, that Dad is on the road to full recovery. The bad news is that I've now got to get my backside around 13.1 miles of the finest tarmac Birmingham has to offer, and you have to put your hand in your pocket and sponsor me for being so stupid as to agree to do it!
