At rather short notice, I've agreed to run the Edinburgh 10K on 2nd October - so at similarly short notice, here's my JustGiving page!

I'm raising funds for the NSPKU - National Society for Phenylketonuria, which helps to support people with PKU, their families and carers, and sponsors medical research into PKU.

I haven't run a 10K since I was at school, so this could be interesting... Keep your fingers crossed for me!  You can even watch the race live on Channel 5, with highlights on BBC Scotland on Monday 3rd October.
