On the 20th of September we will be running the famous Chariots of Fire race. We hope that you will help our team to raise as much funds as possible for East Anglia's Children's Hospices. The money will be used to support their provision of a team of specialist nurses who deliver a high quality symptom management service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The EACH True Colours Symptom Management Team aims to ensure all life- threatened children, young people and their families living in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk, have access to vital support and advice when they need it most.
