Story

A big thankyou to all who have donated. You can still donate for a few more weeks.

I have completed my challenge and I am very happy about that. It was very hard because it was so cold without a wetsuit and I didnt like the feel of weeds on my legs. Oh and thankyou Jacqui for telling me the Lake was like a BIG tiolet for the wildlife. So glad thats over with.

I would like to say a big thankyou to Cofton Golf Society for sponsors, my grandad loved playing golf with you and it was funny grandad that inspired me to fundraise for charities. (miss him and love him so much xxx) I couldn`t do this without help, so thankyou. Daddy is going to be very tired as he isn`t training he is still playing golf lots!

On sunday I joined in the Ashford swim around Swan Pool Lake, didn't like the fact I could only do it in my costume , NO WETSUIT! but was happy to say I done the full swim and took 25 minutes to do it!

Hi My name is Millie and I am 7 years old. I am going to do a swim in a lake to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis.  ( september ) As I am a beginner I will have to do a few immersions and know all the safety before I do a lake swim, So I will keep you updated on the distance . My Dad seems to have been inspired by  my recent swimming challenges and has decided to join me with this one! Don`t worry Dad I will give you a head start! :  )

I have chosen to fundraise for Cystic Fibrosis because My swimming teacher Jacqui Edinburgh has CF and has helped me  with organising my past swimming challenges for Sports Relief, Help 4 Heroes, Diabetes and The Renal . This next swim is going to be my biggest challenge yet but I hope I can raise money for this charity as it is for someone I know and really care about.

love you lots Jacqui xxxxx

Happy Birthday Jacqui for 29th June , I won`t give your age away, unless someone counts the kisses!

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Also its in memory of Katherine Kenny x x
