One year ago, I ran in the last BUPA 10K marathon and raised a little sum of money for the Nicky Alliance Day Centre for the elderly. It was a privilege and am hoping to raise more this year - with your help. Times are hard and many charities like this one depend even more upon your generosity. 

There are many worthwhile charitable causes - this is certainly one. Please help me reach our target.
