Next Summer a group of fundraisers, including me, will be attempting to summit the highest mountain in Africa - Mount Kilimanjaro, which stands at 5,895m high.This will be in aid of MIND, one of the world's leading charities for mental health, and all the money we raise will go entirely to the charity, enabling them to continue and improve the invaluable services they provide.

• 1 in 4 people will suffer from a mental illness at some point each year.
• 75% of mental illnesses start before a child reaches their 18th birthday.
• Suicide is a leading cause of death in young men and women aged 20-34 in the UK.

Climbing Kilimanjaro is tough, but so is living with a mental illness. Donating could help provide much needed help to someone who is suffering.
