Yes, the rumours are true... I am training to run the London Marathon and KFC has never been hit so hard financially!!

I am running for Community LInks, an innovative charity running community-based projects in east London Founded in 1977, they help over thousands of vulnerable children, young people and adults every year, with most of their work delivered in Newham, a borough which ranks highly on the index of deprivation.

Having grown up nearby, I am delighted to support a charity that is having such a positive impact on the local community and particularly on the young people of the area.
