Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.

I decided to do this on a whim, when I saw someone had dropped out of the team. They needed to complete the team of 10 so I checked it out and thought , why not?!

I feel I need a challenge to focus on and to push my limits, which this sure will.....22 miles, run/ walk/ crawl/ swim with over 5000m climb up Snowdonia!

The team have assured me we will stick together and support each other; it can take between 6 - 10 hours!!!

I am doing this to raise money for their cause, a brilliant local Hospice that I have sadly visited when a good friend of mine became seriously ill. They were so kind and thoughtful and made his last days as peaceful and comfortable as they possibly could. Everyone who visited him shared my sentiments and could only offer compliments to the staff.

I have always wanted to do something to raise money for them so this seemed like a sign, and now I have enrolled ( no going back!)

I only have 2 months to train but I will, and I will conquer this!

Any donations very welcome, and this will be the only event I will raise money for this year.

I only ask once a year for charity donations, so I hope you can help a bit. Thank you :-)
