My story
R.A.S aim to offer a service which is led by the needs of women who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives. A service which supports women throughout the healing process, and enables women to become true survivors! They cannot do it without our help and support and ultimately our donations. So come on guys help me out, I know it is last minute but lets see how much we can pull together. I only found out on Monday I was doing this, so "rather you than me your're thinking"? well donate a Fiver and you dont have to have a guilty conscience that im dragging myself and two mates around a 10K track on a Saturday! Thanks x

Saturday was hard! Julie took off and ran the whole 10K the wee thing did it in 1hr15. Rachael and I are sightly less fit but still completed it in 1hr30! that was our target time and we are delighted! x
