I am fundraising for Lower CapeFear LifeCare's Memory Partners Program because I see a need in our community to support caregivers of persons living with Dementia. Respite provides caregivers a much needed break to recharge their batteries, take care of their own health and wellness, and help them to avoid caregiver burnout.
