On Saturday 16th May my wife Holly and I held a Macmillan Good Night In. On the night we ran a Talent Auction where our talented and hard working friends donated their considerable talents for others to bid on. The talents on offer ranged from a family photography session, to singing at a family event, from baking a Millennium Falcon birthday cake, to an evening of baby sitting, and from a lawn makeover to a fish and chip supper. In all we had 26 lots, each with a starting price of £20, all of which sold on the night! We also ran a raffle and a collection, to which people gave generously.
