Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So.. some of you may or may not know im attempting to run ( ok more like Jog ) my way around the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon ( see www.royalparkshalf.com for more details ).  I figure it would be a good idea to raise some money for charity at the same time so id like to invite all you lovely people to help sponsor me and raise some money for West Middx Hospital .. ( so every little helps !! )

The half marathon is on Sunday 11 October starting at 9.30am -14.00pm ( aiming to complete it in 3'ish hrs  ) . The start and finish is in Hyde Park London, on the day there is also a food festival  ( motivation enough for me !! ) with activities for all the family, so if you fancy a day out or if you just want to show support please feel free to pop along..
