Around the world, 1 in 9 people don't have access to clean water. We take our privileged circumstances for granted while forgetting about those who are struggling every day to find a reliable source of clean water. They have to travel miles away to get water which is often dirty, but they have no other options. This dirty water leads to many illnesses and eventually death . They don't have enough water to grow crops so livelihoods are difficult to maintain and they are trapped in a hunger cycle.

It is with this thought in mind that I am fundraising money to build wells in Ghana via the Human Relief Foundation to bring access to clean water in deprived areas. I will be climbing Scafell Pike in order to raise as much money as possible for this cause. 

It's in our hands to make a difference. Just remember, no one has ever become poor by giving.
