Hello there... My work colleague and friend, Katrina's gorgeous wee boy, Matthew (pictured above) has Down's Syndrome. Katrina's heavily involved with the charity Down's Syndrome Scotland (DSS), and told me about this interesting fund-raising event being held called the Firewalk Challenge....scary...!!! Now, while I don't know A-Z about DSS, I have learned from Katrina what tireless support the charity offers its members, and I therefore couldn't pass up a wonderful opportunity to support such an amazing charity!

The Firewalk Fundraising challenge will be held on 1st November at Piperdam, Dundee, and the actual challenge involves walking across 20 feet of wood embers burning at 1236 degrees Fahrenheit! This is more challenging than bungee-jumping! yikes!!! Anyone who'd like to see me perform this amazing feat is more than welcome to come along to Piperdam...
