RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour search and rescue service all around the UK and Ireland, while lifeguards keep a careful watch on the UK’s busiest beaches. RNLI lifesaving and drowning prevention depend on supporter fundraising and the generous donations that you and others give.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to RNLI (Moelfre) and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - We raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Moelfre Lifeboat is very close to our hearts and we wanted to show our appreciation and try and give something back. The cost of 1 launch can be up to £5800, so every penny that you donate will be much needed and very helpful.

We are going to take on a 65 mile bike ride around the Isle of Anglesey on 22nd August. Good friends Mark "Colie" Coleman and Simon "Fernie" Fern will cycle together and we will stop off at the other lifeboat stations on the island - Holyhead, Trearddur and Beaumaris, before returning to Moelfre.

We really do appreciate any contribution that you can make and would like to sincerely thank you in advance!
