Every morning for the past few weeks whilst on my way to University, coming out of Euston Station, I see two homeless individuals who just sit beside the pathway. One is fighting to keep his eyes open whilst he tries to sell copies of The Big Issue and the other, a middle aged lady, who sits under her blanket asking for spare change.

We are entering into what they are predicting to be the coldest November for a long time and while most of us will be at home with our double-glazed windows and heating turned up, there are many who wish they had even an ounce of the luxury we are blessed to have.

It is for this reason that I signed up to this event and am trying to raise money to help this amazing charity continue their great work!
