Molly's Page - Run 150 miles in January 2017

R.E.D (Run Every Day) January is a fitness movement helping to shine a light on mental health issues, in aid of Mind.
The R.E.D. community will be running and / or walking for a challenging 31 consecutive days, all at varying distances and all for one key goal; to help give everyone experiencing a mental health problem the support and respect they deserve.
I will be running each and every day in January 2017 to raise awareness of mental health issues and hopefully beat the January blues, with the overall goal of reaching a total of 150 miles ran during the month.
I'm on the hunt for some running buddies to help me through, so if anyone is up for joining me even on just one day give me a shout.
