Since 1989 AKT has been helping young homeless and vulnerable LGBT+ people. LGBT+ young people are statistically more likely to find themselves homeless and while homeless, we’re more likely to experience targeted violence, sexual exploitation, substance misuse, and physical and mental health problems. Every year AKT provides thousands of nights of safe accommodation, help gay and trans kids into stable homes, and provide support going forward so they can live their best lives.

On 10 Oct, I'll be taking part in a white collar boxing match to raise money for this organisations vital work.
