I'm happy to have been chosen by O&G to run a leg of my very 1st half marathon.. who knows I may do it all next time! Marathons are a great way to raise money and increase awareness of the many charities that need our support and this time I would be happy if you could pop a few pounds into my pot in support of the Sussex Beacon. As a team we're already pushing ahead but need every penny if O&G are to win the coveted shield. 

I'm running the 2nd leg of the race and aiming to shave a couple of minutes off my PB to help O&G grab the winners shield too.  Come on legs, you've got this !
