The Great London Monopoly Walk · 29 November 2015

SKT Welfare is a UK registered charity & international NGO established in 2008, dedicated to the delivery of humanitarian aid & socioeconomic solutions regardless of race, political affiliation, gender or belief. Our aim is to help relieve the suffering of the world’s poor communities

Story

On the 29th November we will be joining #SKTWelfare for The Great Monopoly Walk!

We are excited to be taking part in the popular board game as it comes to life in the streets of London, whilst raising money for those who are less fortunate - so please help us reach our target because every donation helps!

The funds raised will go towards the Al-Huda Hospital in Northern Syria.

The Al-Huda Hospital in Northern Syria has an estimated 110 villages and 13 towns within its catchment area, of which the estimated population coverage is just under 1 million people. The hospital specialises in Trauma, Orthopedics and Neurosurgery, which has a fully equipped operating theatre, an X-Ray and ultrasound machine, sterilisation room, pharmacy, laboratory and wash room. A dedicated section of the hospital is a clinic which caters for less critical patients and minor injuries.

The hospital also has an emergency room and its own contingent of ambulances that were delivered by SKT Welfare volunteers. To continue operating the hospital really does need all the help it can get!
