Story

Thanks for visiting my Just Giving page.

On April 1st I shall once again be donning my running shoes and plodding my way round the 13.1 mile Reading Half Marathon course.

If you've sponsored me before, you might remember that my training proper begins on January 1st and involves complete abstinance from booze, cake and anything else nice and lots and lots of running instead.

This year, I have decided to do the run wearing a red indian chief's headress with matching warpaint. If you haven't run in a red indian chief's headress, believe me, its not particularly aerodynamic, or comfortable, but what the heck! - if it gets you to sponsor me then so much the better!

This year I shall be running for a fantastic charity, The Heaton Ellis Trust which was established by one of the two founders of Computer Futures, Simon Arber.

The Heaton Ellis Trust raises funds for research into Motor Nurone Disease and has no overheads or costs. This means that every pound which you donate will go directly into research to, one day, find a cure for this terrible disease.

Please take a few moments to watch the attached video in my gallary and then please donate whatever you can afford to help me hit my target of £1750 and make a difference in the fight against MND.
