In September I'm joining my father and 8 other members of Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team.

i'm doing my bit to help raise funds by running in the Survival of the Fittest 10k Urban Assault Course on 28th September 2014.

Central Beacons Mountain Rescue are run by Volunteers and is a charitable organisation, relying on public donations and fundraising to keep providing the service that they do
