We at Mortgage Bureau have chosen 'Little Hearts Matter' as our Official company Charity and plan to raise money for them in a number of ways. Firstly we will make a donation for every Mortgage that we complete for our clients (about 4000 per year), secondly we will make ad-hoc donations by holding fund raising events and other initiatives.

Why are we doing this? Well, we are hoping to raise lots of money for Little Hearts Matter (LHM), a fantastic charity that supports families who get told their baby has only half a working heart - the most serious type of congenital heart disease. These conditions are not compatible with life and require open heart surgery within days of the baby being born. LHM offer support and information to anyone affected by these conditions from the time of diagnosis and as a child grows up. They also offer bereavement support for the children who sadly don't survive. All their information and support is free so they need your donations to keep doing this vital work.

We heard of their work through a friend who had been supported by the charity following the death of his daughter, and wanted to help.

Our set 'donation per Mortgage' contributions will be seperate to this page so we've set this JG up for the seperate fundraising and for anyone else who wants to help...
