Hello Everyone, thanks for taking time to read this.

Dancing bears in India have a short, agonising and hellish life. You can read all about it on the International Animal Rescure website but it makes grim ready. I like bears, always have and I've raised money for other causes before so this time it's for the bears.

I bet you all get a bit fed up with requests for funds, I know I do, hence my rather modest target, but every pound helps so sell your house, partner, wordly belongings and give all your money to me. No, just kidding any amount, even if it's only a couple of quid would be gratefully recieved by me and the bears. 

As for the half marathon, it's going to be a killer and I'm pretty sure that afterwards I'll have to come cap in hand to you all again to raise money for a new set of legs and various new joints.
