I'm going to raise money for the NeuroMuscular Centre by facing a strenuous Mountain Bike Challenge!
I'll be riding the Mary Towneley Loop on Sunday 13th September 2009, which is a 75km circular section of the Pennine Bridleway. The route is off-road and involves approximately 6300 feet of ascent!
I only get 10 hours to do it so I am putting in some training hours at the weekends to make sure I finish it!
