So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity. The charity i have chosen is Antony Nolan. Anthony Nolan is a charity that finds matches for leukaemia patients who need a lifesaving transplant. For someone with leukaemia, a bone marrow transplant can be their only hope of life. They use Thier register, cord blood bank and research to find remarkable people who can give them that hope by donating their stem cells. Saving Lives .    As you can see , there's no minimum amount to raise as my place is secured as part of my training for the eurasian marathon in Istanbul on october 17th . However , if im going to get up and run 10k on a sunday morning when most of you are still in bed . Then i would feel much beter having the knowledge that i have raised at least £50 for charity . Because that's what it's all about . Having a reason to give even just £1 to help other's less fortunate than us .   I tell you now that when/if the shit ever hit's the fan and we find ourselves in hospital ,un-able to financialy support our own family's or your niehbours child becomes sick . It is these charities that we/they will inevitably lean on . To pick us up , to explain and to care . So take a look in the fold's of your sofa and find that dusty old belly button fluff adhered to pound coin , next to that custard creme that mysteriously  went missing , just left of the half chewed wine gum . Give it a wash and put it to some good use.  A journey of a 10'thousand meter's begins with one single step .     So please dig deep,give what you can and donate now.
