Keech Hospice is a wonderful place. They provide support and care for "life limited" children (this means children that probably won't survive to reach adulthood) and their families. To give you an idea of what they do, my own son Arun (who is thankfully no longer in this category) is helped tremendously by Keech. He enjoys music therapy there, goes swimming in the hydro-therapy pool and gets qualified nursing respite care.

To help Keech Hospice I will be donning a Santa Claus outfit and running 5km around a very public place on the 6th of December. If you want to support a very worthy cause or you just want to encourage me to make a huge fool of myself please donate. I promise to share photos.
