We help and support people with vasculitis to improve outcomes for vasculitis patients

Story

The FAB 5 conquer Mount Kilimanjaro.

So who are the FAB 5 I hear you ask = Jitesh & Tara Gami, Ashok & Nisha Ladhani & Hiral Lakhman.

We are about to embark on the biggest challenge of our lives. This will test our endurance, willingness and our relationships with our other halves.

Whilst we are finally completing a challenge we have dreamt about for years, we are also raising money and awareness for a very worthy charity VASCULITIS. This charity is especially close to Tara’s heart as her mother Valbai suffers from Wegener's Granulomatosis (a form of Vasculitis). WG is a rare disorder that affects about 1 in 30,000. It is a group of disorders that destroy blood vessels by inflammation. Both arteries and veins are affected. Valbai’s symptoms started in October 2008 and the first signs where coughing up blood and without this charity they would have not had the support that her mum and family needed.

Any donations received will be greatly appreciated however large or small as ever penny counts, and we make this vow that we will train hard to make sure that we give ourselves the best chance to reach the top of Mount Kilimanjaro and help raise awareness for Vasculitis.

Thank you in advance
